Stakeholder Engagement 4-Year Plan Online Community Focus Groups

Buffalo Trail Public Schools is committed to maximizing student learning, in a safe and caring environment, supported by a highly effective team. As part of that commitment, BTPS continues reaching out to educational stakeholders assuring the educational program, sharing results, and seeking input on direction.

To gather diverse perspectives, BTPS recognizes the importance of involvement from parents/guardians, students, staff, school council, and community members. Each stakeholder group contributes unique experiences crucial to obtaining a complete understanding of how BTPS is meeting needs.

The 2023-2027 Education Plan highlights three priorities:

  1. Supporting Learning Success for All Students
  2. Fostering Safe & Caring Learning Environments
  3. Building Strong Collaborations

In line with these priorities, BTPS is inviting and encouraging educational stakeholders to participate in upcoming virtual engagement sessions. The purpose of this engagement is to:

  • Share highlights of the Annual Education Results
  • Check-in on the direction regarding strengths and challenges for the future
  • Identify areas of focus for the academic year 2024-2025

The engagement sessions are scheduled for the following dates:

Tuesday, February 6

Monday, February 12

Wednesday, February 28

Thursday, February 29

All meetings will be held online from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The link to join the meetings is here.

BTPS extends a warm invitation to all educational stakeholders to participate, connect, and contribute to the continued success of BTPS’ staff and students. We hope to see you online and share the exciting work of BTPS’ staff and students!
