Buffalo Trail Public Schools proudly recognizes National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, a time to honour the history, heritage, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples across Canada.

In BTPS, we are committed to fostering meaningful connections, learning from Indigenous perspectives, and continuing the journey of truth and reconciliation. Today and every day, we honour the knowledge, traditions, and stories that shape the land we learn on.

We invite our schools and communities to take time to listen, learn, and engage in reflection and celebration as we continue to grow in understanding and respect together.
