The Board of Trustees of Buffalo Trail Public Schools is committed to maximizing student learning, in a safe and caring learning environment, supported by a highly effective team.

Our Division continues to work to build meaningful relationships between teachers, staff, students, and parents as well as offer open and clear communication with all engaged stakeholders.

The Board feels strongly that clear communication provides the necessary information to advise all stakeholders on various topics that occur in educating students in our Division.

The Alberta Government announced significant anticipated changes that may affect Policies and Administrative Procedures in our Division. We are committed and looking forward to having collaborative conversations with Alberta Education, and ensuring that necessary changes are made to align our Division with the Alberta Education Act.

We look forward to sharing communications with all stakeholders as it comes forward, as well as ensuring that all students continue to feel supported in our Division as we seek to inspire lifelong learners.
